Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline
Minimum 7–10 years of experience
Experience in Production Enhancement, chemical services, or similar PSL-relevant operations
Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, Quality Management certifications)
Demonstrated experience leading global or multi-region quality/process initiatives
