Aurecon is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Business Partner in Thailand to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards across construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HSE roles, particularly in construction, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Summary
As a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating with contractors to monitor compliance with safety, health, security, and environmental requirements across construction projects, and ensuring site security, fire safety, first aid, and welfare facilities are in place and compliant.
Lead wellbeing programs to support mental health, ergonomics, and overall employee resilience.

Key Requirements
Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering
Minimum 10 years’ experience in HSE roles

Proficient in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Thai and English
