The Dietary Director ensures meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders, approved menus, and regulatory standards.
This role manages staff, maintains budget compliance, and coordinates with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The position involves conducting nutritional assessments, maintaining dietary records, and ensuring ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year long-term care dietary experience preferred
Maintain continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
