Job Summary

  • You will own the P&L of one of our largest retail partnerships, managing and having accountability for growth initiatives, profitability initiatives, and account maintenance.
  • In this high-visibility position, you will need to partner with the retailer’s cross-functional teams in planning and implementation and work in close collaboration with virtually every internal team.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in management consulting, operations management, or business development/account management
  • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience putting slides together to tell a story
  • Self-starter
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and ambiguity
  • Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
