Job Summary
The Vaccines Area Business Manager (ABM) will be responsible for the supervision and leadership of 12-14 representatives, sales performance of the business portfolio of products, and business knowledge of the area landscape.
This position will require regular in field and virtual coaching and observation of Field Representatives and frequent customer contact as well as the development of a strong, effective partnership with accounts, retail, and marketing colleagues.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $139,000 - $280,400, in addition to a Sales Incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Base: $139,000 - $280,400; Bonus/Equity: Sales Incentive bonus; Benefits: 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.
