The primary purpose of this position is to conduct administrative hearings for the Division of Motor Vehicles regarding driver's license revocations and restorations.
Hearing Officers must evaluate extensive documentation, research data from other state DMVs, and determine eligibility based on General Statutes.
The role requires rendering fair and impartial decisions that affirm, modify, or set aside previous actions imposed by the Division.
