Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5 years managing employees manufacturing
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
ERP experience required
Asset Management System experience
Nice-to-have
Experience managing engineers and maintenance technicians
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in matrix organization
Self-motivated with multi-project management
Excellent oral and written communication
Key Requirements
