Job Summary

  • The Director, Corporate Business Partner partners with senior leaders across all corporate functions and provides strategic advice on a wide variety of areas to maximize organization effectiveness and performance.
  • This role will proactively anticipate labor/employee relations issues and provide counsel to resolve them, playing a critical role in building organizational bench strength.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years HR experience
  • Experience managing and developing HR team
  • Experience in high-volume environment preferred
  • Experience in union work environment preferred
