KONE is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in China to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on various regions including Guangdong, Hainan, and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in talent acquisition, specifically within multinational corporations, and possess strong interpersonal and digital skills
Job Summary
Independently lead the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meeting, composing JD, job posting, candidate searching & selection, interview arrangement, offer management and onboarding follow-up for all-level positions in China.
Lead recruitment activities and setup cross-area talent supply strategy & mechanism for Bay region (Guangdong, Hainan and Hong Kong).
Take a key role to initiate and support the implementation of company’s EVP strategy and Employer Branding roadmap in China.
