Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for providing leadership and support for the stabilizing, standardizing, simplifying, and sustaining of Process Operations for Saint Agnes Medical Center (SAMC).
  • This position actively leads and mentors all levels within SAMC in developing problem solvers to improve the patient care experience, regulatory goals, and all operational metrics.
  • The incumbent provides seasoned and expert guidance to leaders in the overall strategy, understanding, and deployment of LEAN, Six Sigma, and Process Simulation.
