Must-have
8 years of construction estimating experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Proficiency in Building Information Models (BIM)
Ability to perform quantity take-offs without completed drawings
Experience with CCDC2, CCDC3, CCA5a, CCA5b, and CCDC14 contracts
Nice-to-have
PQS designation from Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors
GSC Gold Seal Certification
Mentoring and coaching indirect reports
Strong conceptual estimating skills
Value engineering and Target Value Design expertise
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma
Knowledge of Canadian construction contracts (CCDC/CCA)
