Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring that the operational needs of clients are met by mobilizing the necessary internal resources to properly set up, operate and close out events.
The incumbent serves as the primary contact for clients and internal departments and must be present during event execution, requiring flexible hours including nights and weekends.
The role includes event coordination, administration, internal communication, and providing backup support to the Director of Events on administrative functions.
