Base: $86,800 - $165,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or related field
5 years experience in Aerospace or Aviation industry
Experience with Solumina, SAP, and MS Office
Tool & Die, Drawing, and Blueprint expertise
Nice-to-have
2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Lean manufacturing and Six-Sigma training
PMP certification preferred
Aftermarket MRO and turbine engine overhaul experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
