Job Summary

  • The Multifamily Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high level of service, at all times.
  • Assist the Property Manager with the overall operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.

  • 2+ years on-site Multifamily Assistant Property Manager experience
  • Luxury, Class-A Multifamily property experience
  • Prior Lease-Up experience
  • Delinquency experience including court and evictions
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required
