Job Summary

• You will be responsible for creating a forward plan to enable our operational colleagues to deliver and drive great efficiency, allowing them to safely conduct crucial emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works.
• You'll be partnering with field teams and creating effective but simple schedules, driving clear communication with internal & external stakeholders keeping field teams utilised so customer and company SLAs (service level agreements) and ODI (outcome delivery incentive) achieved.
