  • This role involves providing operational support to leaders and unionized employees, participating in strategy design, and implementing initiatives focused on engagement, culture, equity, gender, and well-being.
  • The position requires advising leaders on People and Culture matters to drive business results and team effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations like NOM035 & LFT.
