The P&C Partner will ensure the implementation, communication, and compliance of People and Culture policies, guidelines, and processes within the assigned business unit.
This role involves providing operational support to leaders and unionized employees, participating in strategy design, and implementing initiatives focused on engagement, culture, equity, gender, and well-being.
The position requires advising leaders on People and Culture matters to drive business results and team effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations like NOM035 & LFT.
