Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5-7 years of experience in Transfer Agency
  • Minimum 3 years in Transfer Agency role
  • Minimum 2 years team leader or managerial experience
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC laws and MENA Regulators
  • Understanding of fund structures and NAV per share

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Bermuda and BVI AML/KYC laws
  • Understanding of Arabic language written and speaking
  • Experience with Metrosoft screening tools
  • Ability to coordinate with Corporate Secretary
  • Participation in automation efforts and system testing

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years overall experience
