Job Summary
This role plays an important part in ensuring the safe and efficient melting of cocoa liquor, butter, oils, and related materials that support our production processes.
Key responsibilities include setting up the melting area, validating products, monitoring the process, entering ingredient usage into SAP, and maintaining housekeeping.
Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and all food and employee safety policies and procedures.
