This remote position requires a strong background in operations, quality, or continuous improvement, along with experience in supplier management. **

Job Summary

  • Perform assessments of supplier capability to perform and sustain performance through the SHA (Supplier Health Assessment).
  • Conduct weekly training and coaching on-site at the supplier to develop their team.
  • The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time on-site at their assigned suppliers.
