Job Summary

  • This client-facing role is responsible for the overall support, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production systems on AWS.
  • The engineer must manage cloud infrastructure through cross-technology administration including OS, virtual networks, security, monitoring, and backup.
  • Candidates are expected to bridge relationships between offshore, onshore, client, and third-party vendor teams while adhering to strict SLAs.

  • EC2, EKS, VPC, S3, IAM, CloudWatch expertise
  • Incident and change management execution
  • Shell scripting, Python, Ansible, Terraform

Nice-to-have

  • ServiceNow experience for incident management
  • SignalFx or Splunk monitoring exposure
  • High personal drive and results orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to new environments

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • 15 years of full-time education required
  • AWS Solution Architect certification preferred
  • Red Hat Linux certification preferred
  • ITIL certification preferred
