Job Summary
Execute, optimize, and standardize workforce expansion and resource allocation models by translating business and operational processes into scalable, secure Airtable solutions.
Design, maintain, and govern Airtable workflows and automations that support internal operations and project resourcing, with responsibility for data integrity, process documentation, workflow debugging, and governance.
Partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Engineering, and senior leadership to understand current processes, perform process mapping, align on requirements, and deliver Airtable‑based solutions.
