You will join the Technical data Configuration product in charge of the applications portfolio allowing Airbus and Airlines to author, publish and consult the right Maintenance Information for the right Aircraft depending systems and parts installed on each aircraft
Job Summary
You will join the Technical data Configuration product in charge of the applications portfolio allowing Airbus and Airlines to author, publish and consult the right Maintenance Information for the right Aircraft depending systems and parts installed on each aircraft.
Your main task is to ensure the set of applications under your responsibility remains up and running and manage all incidents raised by end users: understand and fix issues if possible, involve L3 support (dev team) if needed.
Support operational activities to secure Technical data Configuration production in time and Incident management at the level expected (SLA : 99.5%, Mean Time To Resolve incident < 4.3 days,...).
