Job Summary

  • The Program Manager Level 1 will support and lead Northrop Grumman’s pursuit of C-UAS business opportunities, internal development projects and C-UAS production programs.
  • Primary responsibilities are the management of cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems and include leading and directing cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of related experience
  • 5 years of experience leading task performance
  • Basic competency in Project Management skills and toolsets
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance
  • US Citizenship is a requirement
