Base: $140,000 - $210,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: comprehensive benefits

Key Requirements

• 7+ years experience building enterprise-level web applications
• 3+ years building applications in Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong Software Development proficiency
• Solid experience with API Development
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles
• Solid experience with Source Control Management (SCM) tools
• Proven ability to lead Team Collaboration
• Strong skills in creating Technical Writing Documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
