• This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• The role involves performing all sales and leasing activities including qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins.
