Job Summary
Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our retail trading platform, requiring deep domain expertise in both cryptocurrency and traditional financial trading products.
Design and own trading products for tokenised real-world assets and traditional financial products, spanning spot, derivatives, and hybrid crypto-TradFi structures.
Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external regulators to design compliant product structures and translate regulatory requirements into actionable specifications.

Experience working with US and/or EU regulatory environments
