The Senior IAM Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the Mass General Brigham Identity Governance and Administration platforms on a 24/7/365 basis.
This role involves leading the migration from a home-built IGA platform to Saviynt while integrating Workday and supporting multi-cloud IAM strategies.
Candidates will participate in IAM on-call rotations and work within a hybrid model that requires occasional onsite presence at MGB local sites.
