The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires reviewing patient charts in Net Health EMR and PCC EMR to ensure compliance with company policy and Medicare guidelines.
The incumbent must monitor facility therapy staffing ratios and report on Value Based Care Solutions outliers to the regional team.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP
Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
Must obtain RAC-CT Credential within 1 year of hire
