The consulting role represents a face of our Practice via a 360-recruitment cycle, to develop our Urban Markets for the Built Environment across the Construction Desk Business Development: Cold-calling, Telemarketing & Networking and through the maintaining of excellent relationships with the Clients of the targeted market. Technical Search: Utilitize a variety of methods to develop candidate pipeline, forming a comprehensive network of key-talents that are both passive and active across the allocated desk (Construction and Design) Market Specialization: Be on top of industry trends, being alert to project, plans and movements of candidates; providing periodical updates and outlooks Sales Management: Exceeding set sales-target on a Quarterly and Annual basis The role is on a full-commissioned basis (60% of Sales); please only apply if you are open to the arrangement and are willing to find out further.
