Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, as well as monitoring and reporting changes in their condition.
The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving residents.
