This is the first dedicated in-house legal hire role designed to build contracting and intellectual property foundations for a fast-growing healthcare-AI company.
The successful candidate will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements including SaaS contracts, Data Processing Agreements, and Business Associate Agreements while managing global trademark portfolios.
The role requires building scalable legal workflows from scratch and advising leadership on healthcare, data privacy, and AI regulatory compliance across Singapore, US, and international markets.
