15+ years large-scale programme delivery experience
Government stakeholder management expertise
Multi-disciplinary IT OT construction programme leadership
Project P&L responsibility of $5M
Expert knowledge of MSP PRINCE2 PMI methodologies
Nice-to-have
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language
Experience with master systems integrators and vendors
High-performance team building and mentorship skills
Confidence engaging C-suite executives and government officials
Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years experience in smart city or digital transformation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Professional certifications such as MSP Practitioner or PMP highly desirable
