Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, facility, and equipment including plumbing, plastering, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Ensure that the facility and its equipment is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
