Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years avionics or electronics fabrication
MIL-SPEC soldering, crimping, and wire-routing
Integration of COTS hardware with military avionics
Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers
Knowledge of FOD, ESD, and DCMA 8210.1 safety standards
Nice-to-have
Prior experience at Wright-Patterson AFB
Background in flight simulation platforms like Link or CAE
Collaboration with Air Force Research Laboratory engineers
Experience modifying enclosures or mounting brackets
Key Requirements
Must have US citizenship
Must obtain and maintain Secret clearance prior to hire
3+ years of DoD program or military flight system experience
Ability to complete government background investigation
