** UCLA Health is seeking an ERSEA Administrator for its Early Head Start program in Santa Monica, California. The role involves conducting outreach and recruitment to maintain the program’s enrollment and requires a background in early childhood education, community mobilization, and strong interpersonal skills. **

Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible for conducting outreach and recruitment activities to assure the program has a sufficient wait-list in order to maintain the mandated enrollment of 196 families at all times.
  • The ERSEA Administrator will act as an ambassador for Children First and will often being the first contact a parent or community representative may have with the program.
  • Assist in the annual development of the program Recruitment Plan, implementing outreach activities, and assuring services are offered to children with special needs, including those experiencing homeless and/or are in the foster system.
