This role leads the Analysis, Portfolio and Investment practice to translate asset condition and carbon impacts into defensible investment strategies for the M25 Strategic Road Network.
The successful candidate will own lifecycle decision support tools, embed whole-life carbon accounting, and deliver annual Asset Management Financial Plans with clear line of sight from need to outcome.
