The primary purpose of the role is to assist and run a creative and interactive activities program meeting residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
Employees must participate in discharge planning, develop activity care plans, and assist the Quality Assurance Committee in correcting quality deficiencies.
The position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a clean and orderly activity department.
