Job Summary
The Journeyman Carpenter is responsible for constructing, repairing, restoring, and installing structural wood and steel work in Resolute Bay Operations.
This position operates on a 4 week on, 4 week off rotation with travel and accommodations included.
Candidates must possess current OSSA or OSHA approved certificates in Fall Arrest, Confined Space, and Elevated Work Platform.

Must-have
Repair and maintain building exteriors
Install door and window framing
Operate planers joiners drill presses
Read and interpret blueprints drawings
Knowledge of standard carpentry practices

Experience with cabinet-making techniques

Knowledge of occupational safety hazards
Key Requirements
5 years or more field work experience
Graduation from trade school or technical college
Current OSSA or OSHA approved certificates
Safety sensitive pre-employment drug test required
