Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and end-of-life care while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
