Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4 years industrial mechanical experience
  • Use of hand tools and welding equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PM)
  • Adhere to Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) procedures
  • Operate overhead cranes and mobile equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Phosphate industry experience preferred
  • Vocational degree in Millwright or Welding
  • Ability to train others on equipment operation
  • Strong organizational skills for team settings
  • Experience with boom trucks and aerial lifts

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Associates Degree in vocational trade preferred
  • 4 years related industrial mechanical experience required
  • Completion of accredited Apprenticeship program accepted
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
