Must-have
Minimum five years progressive HR experience
Manufacturing or similar environment experience preferred
Knowledge of employment law and compliance
Experience with union negotiated agreements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience within Workday HCM system
Self-starter with strong initiative
PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred

Key Requirements
