This role represents a strategic elevation from site-level facility management to multi-campus operational leadership within JLL's real estate services division.
The Cluster Lead is responsible for establishing standardized processes, managing full contracting lifecycles, and driving cost optimization across a portfolio of facilities.
Candidates will lead multiple management teams, conduct performance appraisals, and serve as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders across all cluster locations.
