Lead and conduct workforce-related projects, including developing workload study plan and tools, performing in field data collection, driving operational efficiency, conducting data modelling, analytics, and visualization to create innovative solutions for anticipating and responding promptly to dynamic business changes.
The goal is to maximize company revenue by optimizing labor usage.
