Job Summary
As a member of the local leadership management team, the Area Director, Finance I oversees one or more Distribution Centers (DCs) and acts as a key business partner to achieve Area and company key results.
This role is responsible for understanding financial results, integrating a financial lens to drive Key Results, and leading the development of and communicating the financial forecast.

Salary
Base: $100,000 - $190,000; Bonus/Equity: annual incentive plan bonus and LTI Incentive; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
7 years accounting/financial analysis management experience
Proven experience leading and influencing others
General knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
