Key Requirements

  • BS/MS/PhD in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 8+ years (BS) or 6+ years (MS/PhD) industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience acting as technical lead
  • Strong technical background across formulation, device mechanics, process development
  • Practical experience with design controls and risk management
  • ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR knowledge preferred
  • Direct experience in biosurgery product types preferred
