Key Requirements
BS/MS/PhD in Engineering or related technical discipline
8+ years (BS) or 6+ years (MS/PhD) industry experience
Demonstrated experience acting as technical lead
Strong technical background across formulation, device mechanics, process development
Practical experience with design controls and risk management
ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR knowledge preferred
Direct experience in biosurgery product types preferred
