The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, assisting with communication, and supporting the development of monthly activity calendars and attendance records.
The role involves assisting with discharge planning, implementing activity care plans, arranging resident transportation, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Activity Department.
