Major A&A and fit-out project management
BIM and BCA Green Mark requirements knowledge
Superintending Officer representative role
Procurement process coordination for consultants
Nice-to-have
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of Smart Workplace technologies
Detail-oriented and highly motivated approach
Experience with public sector procurement
Key Requirements
Mechanical Engineering or Building related discipline background
At least 10 years of experience in managing office projects
Green Mark Accredited Professional certification beneficial
