Candidates will liaise with agents, sponsors, custodians, and counterparties to ensure timely settlement and accurate processing of complex financial transactions.

Must-have
Credit agreements knowledge
Loan servicing and restructurings
Cash and position reconciliations
Deal closing and funding experience
Experience with structured products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Geneva accounting system
Experience with Wall Street Office
Familiarity with ClearPar trade settlement
Experience with OMS and Deal Cloud
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative and inclusive culture
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline
Minimum 6 years relevant operational experience
Experience with ABS, CMBS, CLO Equity products
Knowledge of complex fund structures
Experience in loan servicing and corporate actions
