Must-have
CNC grinding machine programming
Precision metrology and GD&T interpretation
Diamond and CBN wheel selection and dressing
Strict adherence to HSE and PPE requirements
Start-up manufacturing environment experience
In-process inspection and process adjustment
Collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams
Nice-to-have
Experience with ceramics in fluid-handling applications
Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems
SPC and capability analysis knowledge
Problem-solving methods like RCA and 8D
English language proficiency
Arabic language skills
Experience with Mahr Cockpit Software
Key Requirements
Demonstrable experience in precision machining or grinding ceramics
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T
Technical diploma or apprenticeship in machining/manufacturing or strong experience
English language proficiency for technical communication
