Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in EE or related field
3+ years product or PCBA testing experience
System level testing and reliability testing
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Interpret technical drawings and schematics
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing
Interest in analytical instruments like Electron Microscopes
Experience with failure analysis investigations
Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams
Key Requirements
